Southcare's Emergency Relief and Referral Service Program is for the provision of assistance to those persons living in the City of South Perth who find themselves in a crisis. Our ER provision includes two important forms of service:

• Provision of direct financial assistance for immediate relief; and
• Provision of information and referral that can provide access to solutions to the underlying problem contributing to the need for financial assistance.
