Opportunity Shop

Southcare’s Opportunity Shop provides donated clothing and household goods for sale at very low prices . The Op Shop is entirely run by dedicated volunteers, many of whom have worked there for many years. Their jobs include picking up donated items, sorting, pricing and organising items as well as helping shoppers with their purchases. They may also help members of the community who need emergency relief with clothing, blankets and household items. The Op Shop offers a valuable support services for families on low incomes.

Thanks to the generosity of the members of the general community there are always excellent bargains available for people who love rummaging in Op Shops for collectibles. Everyone is welcome; you never know what you may find! There is usually a good selection of books and some clothes still have original price tags on them.

Donations - Kind members of the community who want to donate clothing items should please keep in mind that they need to be clean, with no stains and complete with buttons and zips.
