If you or a family member require assistance with Personal Care, Respite, Gardening or Home help, we can assist!

Southcare's Community Home Care Service is now available to all members of the community, at very competitive rates, on a fee for service basis. If you are not eligible for a subsidised service, then you may wish to take advantage of the full cost recovery service. A team of experienced staff are able to help in practical ways with the everyday activities you may need assistance with.

Personal Care and Respite for Carers
Bathing, showering, or personal hygiene.
Medication Prompts
Toileting
Dressing and Undressing
Mobility
Transfer
Fitting of sensory communication aids

Assistance with daily living tasks
Meal Preparation
Laundry
Domestic Assistance
Shopping and/or banking
Rehabilitative support or assistance to access these services
Support service to maintain personal affairs

On a six weekly basis
