As the the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) my role is to provide the overarching leadership and direction for Southcare. I am focused on creating a culture that is aligned to the Vision, Mission and Values of Southcare and communicating, inspiring and motivating this culture to staff, volunteers and the community.

I am passionate about building productive working relationships, I use a coaching approach to help staff at Southcare increase their effectiveness. My motivation comes from wanting to develop people and build the capacity within Southcare so that staff can successfully achieve their personal and organisational objectives.

I am very proud that Southcare is gaining a reputation as an innovative, collaborative organisation that is leading the sector by advocating for and investing in the capacity of young leaders and improved Board governance. This will result in better services for our clients

I am member of Soroptimist International of South Perth and we undertake projects focused on education, advocacy, and economic empowerment and leadership development. I use my leadership to activate and implement projects that will have impact to address issues affecting girls, women and families in an effort to strengthen our community.

Enda Fahy

Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), my responsibility is to assist in all financial and fiscal management aspects of the organisation and provide strategic financial advice and corporate performance reporting. The fundamental principle being to ensure the financial independence and viability of Southcare and hence its ability to continue to provide a range of much needed services to vulnerable members of our local community into the future.

Having recently commenced with Southcare in November 2015, I bring extensive experience in areas of auditing, consulting, operational and financial analysis. I have previously worked both internationally and in Australia within the public practice environment and have gained significant exposure to, and knowledge of clients operating in the corporate, government, and not-for-profit sector.

I am committed to the mission of Southcare and get a great deal of satisfaction through working with the Executive Management Team to assist in directing Southcare towards a more successful and sustainable future. As the leader of the finance team, I aim to achieve steady business improvements to obtain the best outcomes for all our customers.

Vicki Morrell

Manager Volunteers and Community Services

As the Manager of Volunteers and Community Services my role is responsible for recruitment of all volunteers, managing community services, connecting volunteers in the Community Visitors Program and connecting community organisations with Southcare to facilitate community partnerships.

In my 35 years in working within community services, I have gained extensive knowledge and experience working with the many different clients, volunteers and staff I have met. I feel very proud and passionate about working at Southcare and commenced in 2004. I work with an enthusiastic team of volunteers and staff that enjoy providing quality and effective services to the community.

Michele Murdoch

Chief Customer Officer

I have over 14 years of operational management experience at a senior level within the Ambulance field of the Emergency Services, Community Services including disability services and Aged Care Industries.  My roles have included management, leadership and projects in service delivery, program delivery and assessment within metropolitan, rural and remote locations. I have a complete understanding of quality service delivery and contract compliance.

I am passionate about people; and where possible I want to connect with individuals and contribute to their lives in a positive way. My empathy for the more vulnerable people in our communities is what drives me to ensure the services they receive enhance and enrich their lives. Social connectedness is paramount to our customers health and welfare and I’m very proud to be a part of Southcare; an organisation that enables connectedness and whose values reflect their commitment to the community
