Southcare home care packages and self funding fees and costs

Your aged care fees and costs may be subsidised, but value for money is still important.

At Southcare we have a simple fee structure, and are confident in our ability to provide you with quality home care so we do not charge exit fees.

The price tables below refer to rates for Home Care Package (HCP) or self-funded customers.

If you already have a Home Care Package, call us and we can do a comparison to see if we can provide you with more hours of care.

Our qualified support workers will provide care in the home, starting from 30 minutes with increases by 15 minute intervals. This gives you flexibility and allows you to have more frequent services at the times you need them from a personal care for a shower in the morning to domestic assistance for a house clean once a week. Community Home Support Program

If you are a Community Home Support Program (CHSP) formerly the Home and Community Care (HACC) Program customer in most instances, your services will attract a personal contribution of $8 per hour.
