These awards are a way of recognising Southcare staff and volunteers who are living the Southcare Values in their everyday work.

By nominating a staff member or volunteer for an award you are helping to maintain our culture of best practice and you are giving that person the gift of positive feedback by acknowledging their behaviour.
As a caring community organisation we exist to serve (not drive profit for shareholders). We aim to be customer centric, meaning we want to put you at the center of everything we do.
For this reason we encourage your feedback and suggestions for improvement. In line with Southcares continuous improvement policy, we constantly review our service offering and processes against customer feedback to uncover better ways of meeting your needs.
