Southcare is a Western Australian not-for-profit organisation that provides personalised aged home care services that support you to live with dignity and respect in your own home and community. As you get older, you may find you require support with day-to-day activities. For instance, you may require assistance with cleaning, cooking or showering. Receiving help from home care services does not mean you have to lose your independence. At Southcare, our aim is to help support you with tasks you are having trouble with. This helps ensure your independence is maintained, and you can continue to do the activities and hobbies that help keep you active in your own home and community.
