Southcare’s proud presence in the south of Perth means we offer a variety of services to help create strong people and strong communities. Our community services are run by a team of passionate staff and volunteers who seek to provide a hub of activity, support and care.

Community services in Perth

Southcare is proud of our long tradition of partnership and service in the community. For us, community exists at many levels:

• The community of staff and volunteers who work at our premises in Manning
• The community of clients who come to our Social Centre and to whom we go out to provide services
• The broader community of local Governments, agencies and organisations with whom we partner to deliver our services
• The general public who support our services in the community.
• The church and service groups we work in collaboration with to build strong communities

We are invested in our local community presence here in the south of Perth. Our op shop, run by community volunteers, is open to the public every day. We also offer meeting room facilities to local groups and organisations as a way to contribute to the vibrant local community culture that we support.
