Talking with our customers is one of the many activities we enjoy doing at Southcare – it is all part of the important social connection which goes a long way to tackle social isolation. 

It could be something as simple as sharing a cuppa, chatting while cleaning, looking through old photographs and just being present and really listening to our customers, or our “Southcare stars” as we affectionately call them. 

Our Southcare stars and their families talk with us too, often sharing feedback about the work our Southcarers do inside their homes and inside their hearts.
