Join the Caring Hands Advisory Group to share your lived experience, ideas and opinions to help Southcare to improve our Community Home Care services and guide the approach to future services. 

We are seeking expressions of interest from our customers, family members, carers and representatives who want to use your voice to represent the views of our Southcare Stars who receive our services.

What’s Involved 

The Caring Hands Advisory Group supports the delivery of quality care and services. Participation is an important role giving you the opportunity to provide feedback on aged care services you receive and the aged care sector, while networking with other community members. 

Participation is voluntary with at least one face to face meeting per year. 

An information pack will be sent to you following your expression of interest submission including how Caring Hands Advisory Group will work, your responsibilities and how members are selected, if there are too many nominations.
