Use your voice to shape Southcare

At Southcare, our participants, their next of kin and loved ones are at the heart of everything we do.

Their experiences, ideas and insights help us improve our services so that every participant receives the highest quality care and support to live their best life.

If you’re passionate about making a positive difference for our participants and others, we invite you to join one of our customer advisory committees and help us shape the best aged care at Southcare.

Why Join?

As a committee member, you will:

  • have a genuine voice in improving Southcare services
  • help influence decisions that affect participants
  • share your lived experience and insights to create change
  • connect with others who care about making a difference
  • contribute to better outcomes for all in the community

We welcome applications from participants, families and next-of-kin representatives.

The group meets twice a year (in May and November) at Southcare to provide participants and family members with an opportunity to share feedback, suggestions, ideas and concerns to ensure service delivery and expectations are being met.

Your feedback is shared with the Southcare Board and is reviewed in consultation with independent surveys, care reviews, feedback and conversations with our team.
