His role as a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting oversees strategic improvement projects for public and private health and social service clients related to transformation, operations, and finance. Luke is a former clinician and has worked with a range of organisations in management positions and delivering projects, both in the UK and Australia. Prior to his consulting career, Luke was the Chief Medical Imaging Technologist for the Neuroimaging and Intervention Service of Western Australia (NIISwa) as part of WA Health. He holds both a Bachelor of Science (Medical Imaging Science) and a Master of Business Administration.

Her earlier career includes senior leadership roles at HBF Health and Deloitte, specialising in corporate advisory, transformation, transactions, recovery, and restructuring. Michele also serves on the Finance and Risk Subcommittee of the Royal Perth Hospital Research Foundation and as Treasurer of Yoga Australia. She has previously held governance roles with Artrage Inc (Fringe World) and the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation. Michele is passionate about values-driven leadership, community impact, and strengthening organisational resilience through sound governance.
