Show more info Hide more infoLuke commenced his consulting career in 2014 at PwC, then Scyne Advisory, before moving to FTI Consulting at the start of 2025 to lead their newly formed Health & Human Services practice where he brings over 20 years’ experience in health and social care. His role as a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting oversees strategic improvement projects for public and private health and social service clients related to transformation, operations, and finance. Luke is a former clinician and has worked with a range of organisations in management positions and delivering projects, both in the UK and Australia. Prior to his consulting career, Luke was the Chief Medical Imaging Technologist for the Neuroimaging and Intervention Service of Western Australia (NIISwa) as part of WA Health. He holds both a Bachelor of Science (Medical Imaging Science) and a Master of Business Administration.

Valerie is currently the Executive Manager Governance at the City of Swan, which is Perth’s largest local government area and in addition to being responsible for its governance functions, manages its legal, procurement and audit and risk functions. Currently the Managing Director of Commercial Air & Refrigeration Services, Michele transitioned from corporate leadership to entrepreneurship, acquiring and growing a commercial HVAC and refrigeration contracting business. Her earlier career includes senior leadership roles at HBF Health and Deloitte, specialising in corporate advisory, transformation, transactions, recovery, and restructuring. Michele also serves on the Finance and Risk Subcommittee of the Royal Perth Hospital Research Foundation and as Treasurer of Yoga Australia. She has previously held governance roles with Artrage Inc (Fringe World) and the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation. Michele is passionate about values-driven leadership, community impact, and strengthening organisational resilience through sound governance.
