$5 per class, pay your instructor as you go
Please note class sizes are capped at 28 people so please arrive early to avoid disappointment 

Sessions are for all abilities with modifications and options provided to suit your needs. So, whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or a complete beginner, you’ll feel supported and challenged in equal measure, making these sessions perfect for everyone!

Why Pilates?

Pilates is a low-impact workout that focuses on strengthening the body while connecting the mind and movement. This full-body exercise uses your own body weight to deliver incredible benefits, including:

  • Improved core strength for better posture and stability
  • Enhanced flexibility and joint mobility

What to bring:

  • A mat for comfort
  • A water bottle to stay hydrated
  • Optional: Light dumbbells to level up your workout
