As an essential service, we are working over the festive season… yes, our caring hands are always helping!

We are operating with some modified hours; please see here for all the detail, and reach out if you need help:

Main Office and Community Home Care

Office is closed on 25 and 26 December 2025 and 1 and 26 January 2026, open other days as usual.

Community Support (Financial Counselling, Emergency Relief, Aboriginal Family Support and Mobile Foodbank)

Office is closed on 24 December to 5 January and 1 and 26 January.

Mobile Foodbank: last service is 22 December and it will re-open on 5 January.

Financial Counselling and Aboriginal Family Support: open by appointment from 5 January.

Emergency Relief: open by appointment from 12 January.

If you need immediate assistance, call the Emergency Relief and Food Access team on 1800 979 777 or Crisis Care on 13 11 14.

Community Hub (Op Shop):

Our shop will close on 19 December, and re-open on 12 January. We will also be closed on 26 January.

Community Connect:

The Young Ones Dementia Choir (every Monday)

Sessions run 12.30pm – 3.30pm

 

Sahaja Yoga Meditation (every Tuesday)

Last session: 16 December 2025

Sessions run 11am – midday

 

Board and Card Games Night (every Tuesday)

Knitting Circle (every Wednesday)

Sessions run 10am – midday

 

Craft Club (second Wednesday of the month)

Sessions run 1pm – 3pm

 

Pilates (every Saturday)

Classes will run as normal between 9.30am – 10.30am.
