Our caring hands are delighted to invite you to our FREE Move, Improve and Remove Workshop, a friendly and informative session designed to support your safety, confidence and independence at home. 

As part of Falls Prevention Month, this practical workshop will focus on helping you better understand your risk of falls and the simple steps you can take to stay steady on your feet and maintain your wellbeing. 

During this session, our team will share clear, practical information and guide discussion around: 

  • Common causes of falls and practical ways to reduce your risk 
  • Simple strategies to improve balance, strength and confidence 
  • How nutrition, medications and overall health can impact fall risk 
  • Identifying and managing potential fall hazards at home 
  • Health professionals and services that can support falls prevention 

Falls can have a significant impact on independence and confidence, but with the right knowledge and support, many risks can be reduced. This session is designed to be supportive, easy to follow and welcoming, with plenty of opportunity to learn, ask questions and gain practical tips you can apply in your everyday life. 

You will also have the opportunity to meet our Clinical Care team and learn more about how our nursing services can support you at home.
