Southcare is inviting expressions of interest from experienced and emerging leaders interested in contributing to the future of in-home aged care and community services in Western Australia.

This opportunity will support Board renewal, succession planning and the skills needed to guide Southcare through a pivotal period for aged care and community services.

Southcare is a values-led, not-for-profit organisation based in Manning, providing in-home aged care and community services that support older people, families and vulnerable Western Australians to live with dignity, choice and connection.

Chief Executive Officer Enda Fahy said the Board is seeking people who can bring strong governance, values-based leadership and contemporary skills to support Southcare’s next phase.

“These appointments come at an important time for Southcare as we deliver our three-year strategic plan, respond to aged care reform and continue strengthening services for the community,” he said.

“This is a unique opportunity to contribute to an organisation built on caring hands and strong community connection. We are seeking people who bring sound judgement, curiosity, values-based leadership and the skills to help shape the future of care in WA.”
