What do you enjoy about your role?

I love the connection I’ve built with our participants. Getting to know their stories, sharing conversations, seeing their smiles, and being there for them through both the good and challenging days has been incredibly meaningful.

This role has taught me that sometimes the smallest things — a kind word, a listening ear, a smile, or simply being present — can make a big difference in someone’s day.

Best piece of advice a participant has shared with you?

Two things struck a chord with me: travel as much as I can while I’m young, because the memories and experiences I create along the way will stay with me for a lifetime.

They also reminded me to always look after my health, because good health allows us to enjoy life and make the most of those experiences.

A quote/motto/saying you live by?

Make the most of every day, be kind to others, and never take the little things for granted.
