Fresh starts and opportunities
A message from CEO, Enda Fahy
Spring is often a time for fresh starts, making it the perfect opportunity to check that your personal affairs and home is in order, plus stay connected and focus on the habits that help you thrive.
A safe home environment with clear and easy access inside and outside, promotes a healthy and active mind.
If you need assistance with garden maintenance, checking smoke alarms or changing light bulbs, speak with your Care Partner about the support available to you.
As part of your well-being, don’t forget there’s still time to enter our Wellness Bingo Challenge.
The challenge encourages simple, positive activities that support your physical, mental and social well-being.
Return your completed bingo card by 30 September 2026 to go into the draw to win one of two $50 gift cards.
